Pizza Bases (So Yumm)

1 Cup grated Edam cheese
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon LSA
1 Tablespoon Gluten Free Flour or Coconut Flour 
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Mix altogether, spread onto a sheet of baking paper which is on a baking tray to about 1/4 inch thick. I cooked for about 6 minutes flipped it over for about 3 minutes then added toppings and back in oven till toppings were ready. 

Spread mixture onto baking paper on tray (I used a ring tin to get a good circle)

Ready to cook 

One side cooked, flipped over ready to cook other side

Ready for oven (I overcooked my base, won't do that next time!)

And eat!!
