Day 5 - Sunday - BroadBeach markets and Byron Bay

This day we went to "BroadBeach Markets", it was not as big as I remembered,, and we ended up seeing it in about 30 minutes, so we decided to go to "Byron Bay" for the rest of the day. I love Byron Bay, it is relaxing with a very big range of people living and visiting there... where else can you go to a place and traffic stops in the main roads to let people cross lol.

We had lunch at "Fisheads Cafe" as we had a voucher there from the "Entertainment Book". Even though we were only there for two weeks, the Entertainment Book was fantastic and we saved a few hundred dollars while there, we just made sure we ate the restaurants that had vouchers and a lot of the stuff we went to had purchase 1, get 1 free, so we were only paying for 1 person.

Here is a photo of us at the Beach, thank god David has shaved his moustache off, I disliked it immensely lol. The weather was awesome every day we were there :)

And here is the video of the day :)

We did go to the Lighthouse but it was so busy and no car parks anywhere near, so we decided to come back another day through the week :)

  1. I've never been to Byron Bay so will definitely be going on our next trip!! I'm also looking forward to staying at Coolangatta instead of the usual Broadbeach or Surfers... something new :) I hope we have great weather like you had!!

  2. Love the colours in your top, beautiful :-)

  3. Byron is so beautiful but always busy. It's such a tourist hub now. And yes, you see everything in the spectrum! I'm glad you had a wonderful holiday; it must have been good to have warmer temps and beautiful weather xx

  4. Next time you should go down to the Bangalow markets (just check when they are on) - they are even nicer than the Byron markets (imo anyway !!)
    Have the best day !
